cid?: Buffer

16-byte CID identifying this source. Defaults to a random one.

iface?: string

Local multicast interface address.

intervalMs?: number

Resend interval in ms (default DISCOVERY_INTERVAL_MS, per §8.6).

port?: number

UDP port (default 5568).

sourceName?: string

Source name advertised in the packet (max 64 ASCII chars).
